Q: How do I place an order?
A: Register an Account and then Login. Search for products via the Search tool or browse by Category, select a product and then add to cart. Once you’re done adding products proceed to the Checkout stage. Once an order is successfully completed you will receive a confirmation page with an order number along with an email receipt. Q: Are the products fresh or frozen?
A: We sell both fresh and frozen products. All products are frozen unless otherwise specified.
Due to high demand and our daily production schedule some products may not be completely frozen at the time of pickup. These products are not thawed, they just haven’t been in the freezer long enough to completely freeze.
Q: Can I add on to my order?
A: Yes, it’s easiest to place another order for the additional items.
- Place your order for the extra items.
- When you get your paid order confirmation email call us at 438-875-7027 and let us know you’d like both orders delivered.
- Please have both Order numbers handy.
Q: Why haven’t I received a confirmation email with Receipt?
A: If you’ve received an Order receipt but not a paid order confirmation then we may have not yet processed your payment.
If you haven’t received any emails from us then it’s possible the wrong email address was entered when placing the order or you might have to check your spam folder. Call us at 438-875-7027 so we can correct the email and resend you the order confirmation.
